Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 78db ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 78db website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, betting and account services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and players who access or use any part of the 78db platform.

Whilst 78db takes reasonable technical steps to ensure platform stability and uptime, temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond the platform's control. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 78db will investigate and, where the malfunction can be substantiated, may void the affected rounds and return the stakes to the players involved. Game outcomes determined by a certified RNG are final and cannot be contested solely on the basis of an unfavourable result.

Amendments and Governing Law

78db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 78db will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
